I am a flower quickly fading,
Here today and gone tomorrow.
A wave tossed in the ocean,
A vapor in the wind.
Still You hear me when I'm calling,
Lord, You catch me when I'm falling,
And You've told me who I am.
I am Yours,
I am Yours.

drama-rama day.
greetings (:
(sit back, this entry is gonna be lengthy)
we had pe today, and we had to run 4 rounds around the track (what's new). run 2 rounds in under 5 min, break for a little while, then another 2 rounds in under 5 min. while some of you fit people may think that it ain't much of a feat, your friend here has major problems with stamina.
i pushed myself for the 1st run, didn't stop running (thank you nettie for keeping me going), and finished in 4 min 30 sec. i was so proud of myself but i was damn tired. the 2nd run, oh my gosh, i pushed myself to the max man. not that it was a must to complete it within the time limit, i just wanted to see how far i could go. so, exhausted and panting like pink panther (get it? hahaha), i sprinted with all my might to the finish line. managed to make it, thank god, if not i would have beaten myself up.
just when i was feeling so darn accomplished, i had a horrible headache. and i was groggy la! so sickening can. i've never felt like that before and it's the worst feeling ever. i had to lie down and be attended to, so drama la, as if i fainted or something. but i'm so touched k! so many of my classmates were there to care for me! i love you guys! (:
highlight of the day: buying tee-shirts at the GSS (Great Saint Sale),
armed and ready, ct rep and asst ct rep and our sidekicks elsie and val rushed down to the scene right after math tutorial, running wildly, the sound of the wind whistling by, braving thru the wind and the rain to get there. there we were, ready for what was to come, all psyched, prepared to get down and dirty, and were stunned by what we saw: people queueing up already.
oh my gosh. we were right the end and we knew that we had no chance if we didn't do anything. so, we scanned the area for familar faces. DING! i saw a friend near the front of the queue. so i went in and just stood there. hahaha. ya i know what you're thinking. i'm a kiasu-pok. i know, but i'm doing this for the good of mankind. ahem. ya so ladeedah, we saw opportunities and moved ourselves further up front. and blah blah we got our order in first. efficient aye? yes. abit of an underhand move, but.. it's exciting la.
-out!
PRAISE HIM! :)
